I made this moving meditation especially for clients to connect to their sensual-wisdom, to get out of the head and into the body, to connect to all the chakras from the base up to the crown through a moving meditation to allow energy to flow through stuck-ness and blockages. There is centering breathwork, some stretching and energy work for the lower half of the body to gather more energy from the earth and to feel really grounded and some sensual self-massage to connect heart and sexuality.
