In this course we will focus on learning Tao Tantra sexual vitality qigong basics. This type of qigong helps women tap into the earth to be more grounded, centered and absorb the creative energy of the earth to cultivate internal sources of energy to nourish the sexual organs, the whole body, the emotions, mind, soul and spirit.
With it’s roots in Taoist Wu Yi shamanism, it is deeply connected to nature and her animals, drawing upon that raw animal sexual nature for energy and spiritual evolution. This is a deep embodiment practice that help you to grown strong solid roots and a spiritual practice that gives you energy to evolve into the best version of you. This work is based on the teachings of the Universal Healing Tao; Grand Master Mantak Chia and Minke de Voss, Tao Alchemy Arts; Master Minke de Vos and David Gyurkovics, and Tao Tantric Arts; Minke de Vos and Shashi Solluna.
This type of qigong practice is one of the best somatic exercises for hormonal balance, sexual related health issues and for reconnecting to the body after sexual related trauma and dissociation. It builds that essential energetic strength and connection to our body, sexuality and to mother earth.
You will review the Goddess Workout, the warm-up for the first two weeks, and then each week you’ll explore a new practice. All training is done through prerecorded video and two 1:1, 45 min coaching sessions with your instructor Stephanie. We also connect in a private group on Facebook.
