I was just browsing the internet and found an old blog I had on blogspot. I totally forgot about it floating out there in the internet. But as I re-read it the the wisdom of the Wild Woman pervades my cells and my soul as deeply now as ever.

Here is a love letter I am deciding to write to myself from my inner Wild Woman, totally spontaneous and intuitive……
Dear Stephanie,
How are you feeling dear one? Your pain feels very real and raw. It reminds me of how courageous you are to be here, moving forward with your dreams and aspirations. Life is not easy for anyone. No matter how enlightened one claims to be. I ask you to lie on your belly so you can feel the earth mother below you. So you can feel her holding you up. She has done this all your life. Be held, nourished and comforted by this big mother of yours. She wants nothing more that to serve your joy and happiness. The wisdom of the earth and nature are the very core of your being. You are unique in your human form. You have the ability to access all of the wisdom of nature and the universe in any moment. So much of struggle on earth is when you forget what an amazing creator you are. That forgetting is common place for many. The web of life itself listens to your hearts every desire, do not doubt this. The great Dream Weaver has the power to move mountains. So how do you access this power you ask? Remember your connection to all living things. Feel your connection. Act from your connection with all life. Move like you are connected to all life. Feel the rivers in your veins, the deep pulse of your heart, the lightness of breath, the earth under your feet pressing into you. You are IT already. Your only limit is in the mind which obeys what your culture or society has told you is possible or not. So forget the mind and you will remember who you really are. In other words it is impossible to rationalize this, open the senses, instincts, feel, tune in with your awareness to this moment. Be curious about that for a while, listen and let your divine guidance show you the way….develop openness, trust and patience and it will be told to you like a story, like a dream, you will watch it all come true.
I encourage all reading this (men and woman)to take up a paper and pen to move into silence and receive a love letter from your inner Wild Woman. What ever you need to hear will be offered to you NOW….
