Circulation mixes hot yang and cool yin energy and balances these forces. Circulating contains and seals the energy and pulls you together when you feel scattered or exposed. It awakens spiritual, and psychic perception. The energetic circulation balances all the organs and systems of the body removing energetic blockages that lead to poor health.

That is the muscles of the pelvic floor from the anus to the base of the penis and everything in between. When I say ovaries you think testicles, when I say uterus, clitoris and lips you can think penis, from the base all the way to the tip! Everything else is the same.
